龙胜县农机监理站以学习“十六”大精神为契机,针对新形势,树立新意识,采取新措施,推陈出新,快速完成2003年年检任务,到目前止,已完成拖拉机年检252台,占任务的115％。为抓好今年年检审工作,该站突出抓好四个“早”,即:早部署、早通知、早宣传、早落实。同时抓好四个到位:一是领导到位。该中心根据以往年检审工作的情况,制订行之有效的年检审工作方案,加强对年检审工作的领导;二是人员到位,分管领导亲自挂帅,
Longsheng County Agricultural Machinery Supervision Station to learn the spirit of the “16” as an opportunity, in view of the new situation, establish a new awareness, take new measures, innovation, rapid completion of the 2003 annual inspection tasks, so far, has completed 252 tractors annual inspection, accounting for 115% of the mission.
