文献资源建设是当前国内外图书情报界理论研究中的一个重要课题,也是各国图书馆实践活动中的一个热点。本次全国文献资源调查,实际上就是我国的文献资源建设工作在理论和实践上的继续和深入,因此有必要先回顾一下近年来有关文献资源建设的研究进展情况。关于文献资源建设课题,国内外研究人数之多,涉及面之广,有关文献之浩繁,不同观点之争论,是许多课题难以企及的。对文献资源建设研究进行全面的分析评述,显然不是本报告所能胜任的。这里只能谈及与本次调查有关的三个问题:文献资源建设概念的形成、藏书评价和文献资源布局。
The construction of document resources is an important topic in the research of theory of library information at home and abroad, and also a hot spot in the practice of libraries in various countries. This investigation of the national literature resources is actually the continuation and deepening of the literature resources construction in our country in theory and practice. Therefore, it is necessary to review the research progress of literature resources construction in recent years. With regard to the construction of documentary resources, there are many studies both at home and abroad, involving a wide range of topics, and the vast amount of relevant literature. The arguments from different perspectives are difficult to match with many topics. The comprehensive analysis and comment on the research of document resource construction apparently is not competent in this report. Here we can only talk about the three issues related to this survey: the formation of the concept of document resource construction, the evaluation of collection of books and the layout of document resources.
