热卡限制能使众多实验动物的寿命延长,而且它是唯一延缓哺乳动物衰老的途径。我们用原生动物阴道毛滴虫建立了热卡限制模型。在此研究体系中,该原生动物细胞周期在热卡限制的培养条件下较糖充足的培养条件下延长80%。本研究运用抑制性消减杂交的方法,以期筛选在两种培养条件下差异表达的基因,并从2个cDNA消减杂交文库中分离到15个克隆。经序列分析表明,有9个未知基因,6个已知基因。
Thermal card limitations can extend the life of many experimental animals and it is the only way to slow the aging of mammals. We established a calorie restriction model with protozoan Trichomonas vaginalis. In this study, the protozoan cell cycle was prolonged by 80% under the condition of calorie restriction under more sugar-rich culture conditions. In this study, suppression subtractive hybridization was used to screen differentially expressed genes under two culture conditions and 15 clones were isolated from two cDNA subtractive hybridization libraries. Sequence analysis showed that there are 9 unknown genes and 6 known genes.
