The author is reading K. After James Ehlent et al. published an article on JofHM in May 1998, they briefly introduced the viewpoints and methods elaborated by the author of the article as follows. What are the motivations for people to encounter health care decisions in their daily activities? Who decides? According to what can make each patient get the appropriate treatment? Who will pay for the cost?
