燃油分布器对供给发动机的燃油流量进行调节,进而改变发动机的转子转速、涡轮前温度等状态参数,它的工作特性也影响着发动机的加速性、稳定性等性能参数。在发动机地面台架试车过程中,发动机出现了转速下掉的故障,初步认为是燃油分布器工作不正常导致的。在对该型燃油分布器工作原理分析的基础上,利用AMESim软件构建相应的仿真模型,再现了工程实践中出现的发动机转速掉转的故障现象,分析并对其结构参数进行了优化。仿真结果为排故、系统的性能了解和改善提供了技术依据,本项研究已经成功应用于工程实践。
The fuel distributor adjusts the fuel flow supplied to the engine, and then changes the state parameters of the engine such as the rotor speed and the temperature before the turbine. Its operating characteristics also affect the performance parameters such as acceleration and stability of the engine. In the process of testing the engine ground platform, the engine appeared under the speed of the failure, initially considered to be caused by abnormal work of the fuel distributor. Based on the analysis of the working principle of the fuel distributor, AMESim software is used to build the corresponding simulation model, which reproduces the phenomenon of engine speed reversal in engineering practice. The structural parameters are analyzed and optimized. The simulation results provide a technical basis for troubleshooting and system performance understanding and improvement. This research has been successfully applied to engineering practice.
