我院自1994～1996年应用微波治疗女阴尖锐湿疣(CA)60例,效果满意,现报道如下。 临床资料 1 一般资料 60例女阴尖锐湿疣患者中,年龄17～48岁,平均年龄29岁,已婚47例,未婚13例。本人或其配偶均有不洁性行为史。病程5d至6个月,其中8例伴有淋病,6例伴有滴虫性阴道炎,5例伴有霉菌性阴道炎。 2 症状与体征 主要症状为外阴部瘙痒,部分患者伴有阴道分泌物增多,但无明显疼痛,病情轻者,尖锐湿疣呈散发状,重者融合成片呈菜花状,乳头状,颜色呈灰白色或粉红色,发病部位大多在大小阴唇、处女膜、阴道口、阴道壁、宫颈、肛周、尿道口,常有多部位(混合型)病变,60例中混合型43例,单一部位17例。病变粘膜高出皮肤约0.3～2.5cm。经病理组织学检查确诊为CA。
