目的探讨糖皮质激素对急性特发性血小板减少性柴癜(idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,ITP)患儿成骨细胞相关因子的影响。方法检测20例ITP患儿使用泼尼松治疗3周前后与正常健康儿童20例反映成骨细胞相关因子——Ⅰ型前胶原羧基端前肽(propeptide carboxy-terminal procollagen,PICP)、骨钙蛋白(osteocalcin,BGP)和碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phos-phatase,AKP)的水平,并进行比较。结果 ITP患儿治疗前与正常健康儿童PICP、BGP、AKP差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而用泼尼松治疗3周后ITP患儿血清中PICP、BGP、AKP与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖皮质激素可抑制急性特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿的成骨细胞的功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of glucocorticoids on osteoblast related factors in children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). Methods Twenty children with ITP who were treated with prednisone for 3 weeks and 20 normal controls were enrolled in this study. Twenty cases of ITP children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP), including propeptide carboxy-terminal procollagen (PICP), osteocalcin (BGP) and alkaline phos-phatase (AKP) were measured and compared. Results There was no significant difference in PICP, BGP and AKP between pretreatment and normal healthy children before treatment (P> 0.05), while the serum levels of PICP, BGP and AKP in ITP children treated with prednisone for 3 weeks were significantly lower than those before treatment The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Glucocorticoids can inhibit the function of osteoblasts in children with acute idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.
