采用5种神经心理学测验方法分别对60例癫痫患者服用苯妥英钠或卡马西平前后的认知功能进行对比研究。结果发现此两种药物虽都可影响患者的认知功能,但影响的大小是不同的,苯妥英钠对认知功能有较广泛的影响,波及注意力、记忆力、心理运动速度以及心理过程;卡马西平的影响则较轻,只影响到感知和运动速度。据此,作者提出对癫痫患者进行抗癫痫药物浓度监测,并配合神经心理学检查,对早期发现抗癫痫药对认知功能的影响是十分必要的。
Five neuropsychological tests were used to compare the cognitive functions of phenytoin sodium or carbamazepine before and after taking 60 patients with epilepsy. The results showed that although both drugs may affect the patient’s cognitive function, but the impact of the size is different, phenytoin sodium has a broader impact on cognitive function, affecting attention, memory, mental speed and psychological processes; Marcy flat is lighter, affecting only perception and speed of movement. Accordingly, the author proposes that the antiepileptic drug concentration monitoring in patients with epilepsy, and with neuropsychological examination, early detection of antiepileptic drugs on cognitive function is very necessary.
