近年来,农村民办幼儿园大力发展,新手教师数量较多,人们除了关注农村民办幼儿园的数量外,更多的把目光投向了新手教师的教育质量。采用访谈法对农村民办幼儿园新手教师在职培训现状进行研究,主要涉及培训的意愿、培训内容、培训形式和培训时间等几个方面。访谈结果表明,农村民办幼儿园新手教师在职培训的过程中虽然有一定的合理之处,仍然存在培训内容较片面、培训形式较单一、培训时间较少等问题。文章最后针对存在的问题分析原因,并从农村民办幼儿园、新手教师和政府三个角度提出建议和策略,希望可以给新手教师带来更多的发展空间和机会。
In recent years, private kindergartens in rural areas to develop vigorously, there are many novice teachers, people in addition to the number of rural private kindergartens, more attention to the novice teacher’s education quality. Interview method is used to study the status quo of on-the-job training of novice teachers in private kindergartens in rural areas, which mainly involves the willingness of training, contents of training, training forms and training time. The interview results show that there are still some problems such as one-sided training content, a single form of training, and less training time although there are some reasonable points in the process of on-the-job training for novice teachers in private kindergartens in rural areas. Finally, the article analyzes the reasons for the existing problems and puts forward suggestions and tactics from the perspectives of private kindergartens in rural areas, novice teachers and the government. It hopes to bring more space and opportunities for novice teachers to develop.
