Sanitarium archives are original materials of conservation value formed by sanatoriums in their daily work or social activities. They have extensive reference value as an important basis for witnessing history, handling problems and summarizing laws. Therefore, it is especially important to strengthen the maintenance of archives. Based on the analysis of current shortcomings, this paper puts forward new measures to do the file maintenance work in nursing home in the new era. First, the nursing home file maintenance problems (a) the concept of obsolete, weak consciousness, infrastructure is backward. Archives maintenance is an integral part of the day-to-day work of nursing homes, but some leaders and most staff members do not fully understand the importance of archival maintenance.
