目的探讨人体面神经逆行诱发电位(FNAEP)的特点及其临床应用价值。方法采用极性交替的恒流刺激电信号经皮电刺激茎乳孔面神经,在正常人鼓膜(15耳)及鼓室(9耳)记录FNAEP。结果都能记录到FNAEP,且其波幅随刺激强度的增大而增大,当刺激强度为阈强度的2倍时,FNAEP达到最大;急性颞骨内面瘫后FNAEP波幅减小、峰潜伏期延长,并随面瘫的好转,FNAEP逐渐恢复正常。结论FNAEP可作为早期诊断急性颞骨内面瘫的一种新方法。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of human facial nerve retrograde evoked potential (FNAEP) and its clinical value. Methods FNAEP was induced by percutaneous electrical stimulation of the styloid process through electrical signals of alternating polarity and constant current stimulation. FNAEP was recorded in normal human tympanic membrane (15 ears) and tympanic cavity (9 ears). FNAEP was recorded and its amplitude increased with the increase of stimulation intensity. FNAEP reached the maximum when the stimulus intensity was twice as high as the threshold intensity. The amplitude of FNAEP decreased and the peak latency prolonged after acute temporal bone facial palsy With facial paralysis improved, FNAEP gradually returned to normal. Conclusion FNAEP can be used as a new method for the early diagnosis of acute intramedullary facial paralysis.
