目的了解住院病人疾病构成特点。方法对某院出院病人疾病分类资料进行统计分析。结果该院出院病人前6位疾病累计构成比为76.84%。循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、妊娠、分娩和产褥期,损伤和中毒为主要病种。结论充分发挥我院以综合医院、社区服务中心等双重性质优势,加强对常见病、多发病的综合防治工作,合理配置医疗资源,提高广大人民的健康水平。
Objective To understand the characteristics of disease inpatients. Methods Statistical analysis of the disease classification data of discharged patients in a hospital. Results The cumulative ratio of the top 6 diseases in this hospital was 76.84%. Circulatory system diseases, respiratory diseases, pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium, injury and poisoning as the main disease. Conclusion Give full play to our hospital with a comprehensive hospital, community service centers and other dual nature of the advantages and strengthen the common disease, frequently-occurring disease prevention and control work, rational allocation of medical resources and improve the general health of the people.
