患者女,49岁。5年前无意中发现双乳腺花生粒大小肿物,无肿痛,未诊治。3个月前左腋下触及一鸡卵大小肿物,无明显增大。于2014年2月7日来我院检查。查体:双乳腺发育正常,无乳头内陷及溢液,乳房皮肤无橘皮样改变。双乳腺可触及多个肿物,质韧,表面欠光滑,界限清晰,活动不佳,无触痛。左腋下触及质韧肿物,无移动。超声所见:双乳腺内多发实性低回声结节,边界清晰,均未见明显包膜回声,部分结节内可见粗大钙化灶。左腋下可见多
Female patient, 49 years old. 5 years ago inadvertently found double breast peanut grain size of the tumor, no swelling and pain, no diagnosis and treatment. 3 months ago, touched a chicken egg size of the left armpit, no significant increase. In February 7, 2014 to our hospital inspection. Physical examination: double breast normal development, no nipple retraction and discharge, no cellulite skin changes in the breast. Double breast palpable multiple tumors, the quality of tough, the surface is less smooth, clear boundaries, poor activity, no tenderness. Left underarm touches tough mass, no movement. Ultrasound findings: multiple intra-breast solid hypoechoic nodules, clear boundary, no significant envelope echo, some of the coarse nodules visible calcification. Left underarm visible
