建立了W火焰锅炉炉膛动态数学模型,模型中对碳的反应速度计算式进行了修正。考虑了烟气质量和能量的动态特性及炉膛压力对反应速度的影响。仿真试验表明,模型正确反映了W火焰锅炉的燃烧特点,模型可用于W火焰锅炉的仿真工程分析。
The dynamic mathematical model of the hearth of W flame boiler was established, and the calculation formula of carbon reaction speed in the model was modified. Considered the dynamic characteristics of flue gas quality and energy and the influence of furnace pressure on the reaction rate. The simulation results show that the model correctly reflects the combustion characteristics of the W flame boiler, and the model can be used for the simulation analysis of the W flame boiler.
