自2010年实施“国培计划”以来,我省本着“雪中送炭、示范引领、辐射全省”的宗旨,采取农村骨干教师与高等师范院校学生顶岗置换脱产研修、短期集中培训、远程网络培训三种方式进行培训。截至2013年底,分别培训4670、12700、122000人次。通过培训,广大农村教师拓宽了视野,丰富了学科知识,教学设计能力、教育教学能力、教学研究能力得到了加强,初步形成了个人专业自我发展意愿。
