In the history of contemporary world literature, there are very few writers who are reprimanded for violating the sacred religion. An example is the case of the Greek writer Nicholas Kazantzakis, attacked by Christian religious people for writing “the last temptation of Christ”. For Kazantzakis, the Chinese people are no strangers. In the 1950s, he was a famous European writer, and in 1952 only one vote difference was rejected Nobel Prize for literature. In 1957, to show his love for the Chinese people, Kazantzakis visited China with his wife and sickness at the invitation of the Chinese government. Unfortunately, flu was infested in Guangzhou and the old disease was caused. As a result of the miscarriage of smallpox, the illness worsened and later the treatment in Switzerland and Germany eventually failed to heal and died in Germany.
