本文以两个批次并分别符合波兰种子质量标准的美人樱 (Verbena x hybrida Voss)种子为试验材料 ,研究发芽环境、物理分选、破壳处理、杀菌剂处理、PEG水分渗调、KNO3处理、植物生长调节剂 (PGR)处理等因素对其种子发芽及出苗的影响。结果表明 :各因素分别对种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数等指标中的一个或全部具有积极影响 ,其效应可以累加。其中 5 % KNO38h浸种 +5 0 mg/ kg GA3处理和 KNO38h浸种 +PEG水分渗调处理效果最好。
In this paper, two batches of seeds of Verbena x hybrida Voss, which meet the criteria of Polish seed quality respectively, were used as experimental materials to study germination environment, physical separation, shell breaking treatment, bactericide treatment, PEG osmosis, KNO3 treatment , Plant growth regulators (PGR) and other factors on the germination and emergence of its seeds. The results showed that all the factors had a positive effect on one or all of the indicators such as germination rate, germination potential and germination index of seeds, and their effects could be accumulated. Among them, 5% KNO38h soaking +5 0 mg / kg GA3 treatment and KNO38h soaking + PEG water infiltration treatment had the best effect.
