本文介绍如何在锅炉燃油中掺入适量煤粉以节约燃油。通过对燃煤及燃油的特性分析,采用低温贮存、中温输送与高温雾化的方法,解决了煤油混合燃料中煤粉的沉降、阻力的增加及雾化的困难。根据煤油混合燃料固液两相非牛顿流体的特点,采用盘管式加热器以提高加热效果。并总结出蒸汽辅助机械雾化煤油混合燃料喷嘴的设计方法。 通过煤油混合燃料燃烧特性分析,及在容积热负荷为230大卡/米~3·时,出力为15吨/时的燃油锅炉上改烧煤油混合燃料的测试结果,说明当掺入煤粉重量比达40%时,对出力无影响,锅炉效率下降不到5%。
This article describes how to incorporate appropriate amounts of pulverized coal into the boiler fuel to save fuel. Through the analysis of the characteristics of coal and fuel, the method of low temperature storage, medium temperature transportation and high temperature atomization is adopted to solve the problems of coal powder settling, resistance increase and atomization in kerosene mixture fuel. According to the characteristics of kerosene mixed fuel solid-liquid two-phase non-Newtonian fluid, the coil heater is used to improve the heating effect. And summed up the steam assisted mechanical atomization of kerosene fuel nozzle design. Through the analysis of the combustion characteristics of kerosene mixed fuel, and the test results of burning kerosene mixed fuel on the oil-fired boiler with the capacity heat load of 230 kcal / m ~ 3 and output of 15 t / h, When the ratio is up to 40%, no effect on the output, boiler efficiency decreased by less than 5%.
