以三甲基氢醌为原料,Meerwin芳基化反应为关键步骤合成新型抗糖尿病药物曲格列酮,总收率达3.3%.关键中间体及最终化合物的结构由元素分析、质谱、核磁共振氢谱及碳谱得到确证.合成中避免使用高温、高压等条件,适合于工业化生产.
Using trimethylhydroquinone as raw material, Meerwin arylation reaction is the key step to synthesize troglitazone, an antidiabetic drug with a total yield of 3.3%. The structures of the key intermediates and the final compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis, mass spectrum, proton nuclear magnetic resonance and carbon spectra. Avoid the use of synthetic high temperature, high pressure and other conditions, suitable for industrial production.
