陶渊明爱菊,周敦颐爱莲,林逋爱梅,我爱吊兰。菊的雅致,莲的高洁,梅的坚贞,不独高人雅士们喜欢,照理我也该喜欢。但不幸我蜗居于喧闹的城市,远离了生命赖以鲜活的泥土,也就失去了喜欢它们的条件。试想吧:采菊东窗下,骇然见南楼,哪里还有半点诗意?莲则不宜盆植。无穷荷叶连天碧,纵使不是十里长湖,至少也该有半亩方塘;而梅更不合于家居。疏影横料、暗香浮动,赏梅须有水的映衬、月的烘托:我们无力拥有优裕的环境,自然无缘领略高雅的情趣。再则花得以招人喜爱,或因夺目的姿色,或因诱人的芬芳。但花无百日红:有盛开时的热热闹闹,就有衰败时
