目的:研究葛根四组药对生津止渴黄酮类药效组分的含量变化规律,探讨配伍、药效组分与饮片性味功能的相关性,为建立与临床疗效相对应的质量标准提供科学依据。方法:采用HPLC法梯度洗脱测定葛根生津止渴功效的四组药对中黄酮类药效组分3’-羟基葛根素-葛根素-大豆苷-大豆苷元。结果:葛根-天花粉,葛根-黄芪,葛根-知母,葛根-玄参药对中葛根的黄酮类药效组分含量比例依次为2.05∶4.27∶1.12∶1,2.43∶5.15∶1.15∶1,2.08∶4.53∶1.00∶1,1.50∶4.12∶1.01∶1。结论:葛根生津止渴的黄酮类药效组分3’-羟基葛根素-葛根素-大豆苷-大豆苷元比例范围为1.50~2.43∶4.12~5.15∶1.01~1.15∶1,可作为其质量控制的指标。
OBJECTIVE: To study the regularity of the change of pharmacodynamics components of Pueraria four kinds of drugs on the flavonoids of Sheng Jin and Jin, and to explore the correlation between compatibility and pharmacodynamic components and sexual function of the tablets, to provide scientific basis for establishing quality standards corresponding to clinical curative effect in accordance with. Methods: HPLC-gradient elution was used to determine the effect of Pueraria thizangensis on the efficacy of three groups of drugs on the flavonoid pharmacophore component 3’-hydroxy-puerarin-puerarin-daidzein-daidzein. Results: The content ratio of flavonoids in Radix Puerariae - Radix Puerariae - Puerariae, Radix Puerariae - Radix Astragali, Radix Puerariae - Radix Anemone and Radix Puerariae - Radix Phellodendri was 2.05: 4.27: 1.12: 1, 2.08: 4.53: 1.00: 1, 1.50: 4.12: 1.01: 1. CONCLUSION: The ratio of 3’-hydroxyl puerarin-puerarin-daidzein-daidzein of Pueraria lobata root-thirst flavonoids is 1.50 ~ 2.43:4.12 ~ 5.15:1.01 ~ 1.15:1, which can be used as the quality Controlled indicators.
