目的研究硒对梗阻性黄疸病人术后的肝功能保护作用。方法用SD♂大鼠,制备成梗阻性黄疸动物模型,通过生化检测和电流观察喂养8g·L-1富硒康大鼠肝功能变化和肝细胞超微结构改变。结果硒能明显降低梗阻性黄疸大鼠的SGPT、总胆红素及直接胆红素的升高趋势(P<0.01),提高动物的存活率,减轻肝细胞的超微结构受损伤程度。结论硒对梗阻性黄疸肝脏的结构和功能有一定的保护作用,临床对梗阻性黄疸病人术前及术后用一定剂量硒的药物对保护肝功能是有益的。
Objective To study the protective effect of selenium on postoperative liver function in obstructive jaundice patients. Methods Animal models of obstructive jaundice were established by using SD rats. The changes of hepatic function and ultrastructure of hepatic cells in 8 g · L-1 Se-enriched rats fed with biochemical tests and electric current were observed. Results Selenium could significantly reduce the increase of SGPT, total bilirubin and direct bilirubin in obstructive jaundice rats (P <0.01), improve the survival rate of animals and reduce the degree of damage to the ultrastructure of hepatocytes . Conclusion Selenium has a protective effect on the structure and function of obstructive jaundice in liver. It is beneficial to protect liver function in patients with obstructive jaundice by using certain dose of selenium before and after operation.
