我国国家标准动力机器基础设计规范GBJ40-79(以下简称“79动规”),是根据国家建委(73)建革设字第239号文通知,由一机部第一设计研究院会同化工部、原水电部、冶金部、建材部、六机部的所属设计、科研、勘测、工厂及高等院校等26个单位共同编制的。该规范自1981年2月1日起试行。在这之前,由一机部于1968年颁发的动力机器基础设计规程草案(以下简称“68动规”),经过了十几年的实践考验,基本上是成功的。但随着科学技术的发展,机械工业的机器设备不断改革和更新,对动力机器基础也提出了新的要求。为此,国内各有关设计院、科研单位和高等院校,经过长期调查研究,并不断总结“68动规”的使用经验,积累了大量的新理论和实验资料。“79动规”就是根
China National Standard Power Machinery Basic Design Specification GBJ40-79 (hereinafter referred to as “79 Regulation”) is based on the State Construction Committee (73) Document No. 239, which was issued by the First Design Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry in conjunction with the Ministry of Chemical Industry. It was jointly prepared by 26 units, including the original design of the Ministry of Water Resources, the Ministry of Metallurgy, the Building Materials Department, and the Sixth Ministry of Machinery, scientific research, surveying, factories, and colleges and universities. The code has been piloted since February 1, 1981. Prior to this, the Draft Basic Design Procedures for Power Machinery issued by the Ministry of Machine-Building in 1968 (hereinafter referred to as “68 Regulations”), after more than ten years of practical tests, was basically successful. However, with the development of science and technology, the mechanical equipment of the machinery industry has been constantly reformed and updated, and new requirements have been put forward for the foundation of the power machine. To this end, all domestic design institutes, research institutes, and colleges and universities, after long-term investigation and research, and continue to summarize the experience of “68 regulations”, has accumulated a large number of new theoretical and experimental data. “79 regulations” is the root
