食管静脉曲张是肝硬化常见并发症之一,往往在此基础上发生曲张静脉破裂出血。如何及时诊断和预防其并发上消化道出血,对预后十分重要。本文回顾性分析了105例肝硬化B超和食管吞钡摄片结果,探讨B超用于判断食管静脉曲张的价值。
Esophageal varices is one of the common complications of cirrhosis, often based on the occurrence of variceal bleeding. How to timely diagnosis and prevention of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, the prognosis is very important. This article retrospectively analyzed the results of 105 cases of liver cirrhosis B and esophageal barium swallow to explore the value of B ultrasound for the diagnosis of esophageal varices.
