目的研究实验用密闭服在不通风条件下对人体生理机能的影响及其防窒息的作用。方法 5名年龄为 1 8~ 2 1岁的健康男性分别在密闭服调节阀开关被置于A和B两种不同位置的密闭服中进行测试。结果 (1 )在清醒静卧 ,外界大气压为 1atm的条件下 ,被试者在面窗关闭且调节阀与外界相通的密闭服中 ,耐受时间至少可达 1 5min ;(2 )被试者口前区O2 和CO2 分压在头盔面窗关闭 5~ 7min后都可出现一个平衡状态 ,并持续到实验结束 ;(3 )在 8~ 1 0min的平衡时间内 ,口前区O2 分压在 1 5.0~1 6 .4kPa范围内 ,处于轻度缺氧状态 ;CO2 分压在 5.2 1~ 6 .49kPa的范围内 ,处于生理可耐受的时间-浓度曲线范围 ;(4)被试者在实验用密闭服中所测试的各项生理指标在调节阀开关置于A和B两种状态时没有显著性差异。结论被试者在清醒静卧及大气压为 1atm的条件下 ,密闭服防窒息时间至少可达 1 5min。
Objective To study the effect of uniforms on the physiology and function of anti-asphyxia in non-ventilated condition in laboratory. Methods Five healthy men, aged 18 to 21 years old, were tested in airtight garments with two different positions, A and B, respectively, in a closed-service control valve switch. Results (1) In the awake lying, the external atmospheric pressure of 1atm conditions, the subjects in the face window closed and the control valve communicates with the outside world in the closed suit, the tolerance time of at least up to 15min; (2) subjects Oxygen and CO2 partial pressure in the anterior region of the helmet face window closed 5 ~ 7min after an equilibrium state can occur and continued until the end of the experiment; (3) in the equilibrium period of 8 ~ 10min, pre-oral area O2 partial pressure in 1 5.0 ~ 16.4 kPa range, in a mild hypoxic state; CO2 partial pressure in the range of 5.2 1 ~ 6 .49 kPa, in physiologically tolerable time-concentration curve range; (4) subjects in the The physiological parameters tested in the closed test clothes in the experiment had no significant difference when the control valve switch was placed in the two states A and B. Conclusion Subjects were awake and lying at atmospheric pressure 1atm conditions, the anti-asphyxia time of at least up to 15min.
