称重给煤机是火电厂锅炉燃烧定量给煤设备,计量精度的准确与否直接影响发电煤耗。由于现场安装环境的限制使得称重给煤机计量装置不便于实煤校准,导致多年来称重给煤机的使用精度不高,满足不了发电煤耗正平衡的计算。为了解决此难题,赛摩采用出厂物料试验比对物料码校准技术提高了称重给煤机的使用精度,为锅炉给煤提供准确的计量。
Weighing coal feeder is a thermal power plant boiler combustion quantitative feed coal equipment, the accuracy of measurement accuracy or not directly affect the power generation coal consumption. Due to the restriction of on-site installation environment, the weighing coal feeder weighing device is not convenient for real coal calibration, resulting in the low accuracy of weighing coal feeder for many years and the calculation of positive balance of power generation coal consumption can not be satisfied. In order to solve this problem, Saimo uses the factory material test to compare the material code calibration technology to improve the usability of the weighing coal feeder and provide accurate measurement for the coal feeding to the boiler.
