社区卫生服务是医学模式转变过程中新兴的服务模式,鉴于目前尚无一套完整的管理规范和服务标准,本文对上海市社区卫生服务的形式、内容及管理规章制度等方面进行了探讨。

Community health service is an emerging service model in the process of medical model transformation. Given that there is no complete set of management norms and service standards, this paper discusses the form, content and management rules of Shanghai community health service.
