建筑构造课程作为高校土木工程、工程管理类专业基础平台课,起着承上启下、起承转合的作用。而BIM技术的发展,在各行各业中如雨后春笋般崛起,引领数据可视化、三维可视化的潮流。在土木工程类专业中,也不例外。目前BIM技术在建筑结构设计、施工建设管理、设备管理以及后期工程计量计价、运营维护等方面都有非常明显的优势。BIM是以项目的各种尺寸、定位数据、属性数据等作为基础进行建模,通过数字仿真将建筑物的整体属性三维展现出来。
