On December 5, 2012, the commendation ceremony of the Luban Prize of China Construction Engineering (National Quality Project) 2012-2013 was held in Beijing. The second phase project of Hangzhou High-tech Business Incubator Co., Ltd. contracted by Zhejiang Yijian Construction Group Co., Ltd. won the Luban Prize with its unique design concept and excellent engineering quality. Zhejiang Yi Jian Construction Group Co., Ltd. won the award for the fourth time after building the project of Dongfang Communication Building, the integrated building project of Zhejiang Petroleum Corporation and the administration center of Jiaxing City.
