第一条 为规范对境外评估机构的认可管理工作,保证价值鉴定工作质量,促进我国引进外资工作的健康发展,根据《中华人民共和国进出口商品检验法》及《中华人民共和国进出口商品检验法实施条例》的有关规定制定本办法。
Article 1 In order to standardize the accreditation administration of overseas assessment agencies, ensure the quality of value appraisal work and promote the healthy development of our country’s work of introducing foreign capital, according to the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Import and Export Commodity Inspection and the Inspection and Quarantine of Import and Export Commodities of the People’s Republic of China Implementation Regulations "of the relevant provisions of this approach.
