积灰、结渣对电站锅炉炉内传热过程的影响的合理评估无论对锅炉的设计,还是运行都是相当重要的。该文通过引入热阻来代表锅炉壁面的积灰结渣从而合理描述这种影响。文中采用实际燃煤电厂热流计实测数据与三维计算流体动力学数值模拟的结果对上述方法进行了检验。数值预示结果与电厂数据的比较表明该方法完全能满足工程精度的需要。
The reasonable assessment of the influence of fouling and slagging on the heat transfer process in the boiler of a power station is of great importance both for the boiler design and the operation. This article describes the effect reasonably by introducing thermal resistance to represent the fouling and slagging of the boiler wall. In this paper, the actual measured data of coal-fired power plants and three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics numerical simulation results of the above methods were tested. The comparison between numerical predictions and plant data shows that this method can meet the needs of engineering accuracy.
