目的测定水产品中6种无机阴离子含量。方法采用超声提取、固相萃取柱净化的方法对试样进行前处理,高容量阴离子交换色谱柱分离,离子色谱抑制型电导检测器检测。结果 F-、NO2-在0.1~10.0 mg/L,Cl-、NO3-、PO3-4、SO2-4在1.0~50.0 mg/L范围内线性良好,回收率在89.8%~103.0%之间,相对标准偏差在3.5%~5.7%之间,检出限分别为F-:0.6 mg/kg;Cl-:1.0 mg/kg;NO2-:2.0 mg/kg;NO3-:1.6 mg/kg;PO3-4:4.0 mg/kg;SO2-4:1.4 mg/kg。结论本方法准确、灵敏、操作简便,一次进样15 min内完全分离,适用于水产品中6种无机阴离子含量的检测。
Objective To determine the content of six inorganic anions in aquatic products. Methods The samples were pretreated by ultrasonic extraction and solid-phase extraction (SPE) column purification, followed by high-performance anion exchange chromatography and ion-exchange chromatography with suppressed conductivity detector. Results The linearities of F-, NO2- in the range of 0.1-10.0 mg / L, Cl-, NO3-, PO3-4 and SO2-4 in the range of 1.0-50.0 mg / L were good. The recoveries ranged from 89.8% to 103.0% The relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 3.5% to 5.7%. The limits of detection were F-: 0.6 mg / kg, Cl-: 1.0 mg / kg, NO2-: 2.0 mg / -4: 4.0 mg / kg; SO2-4: 1.4 mg / kg. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive and easy to operate. It can be completely separated within 15 min in a single injection and is suitable for the determination of six inorganic anions in aquatic products.
