本文研究了大功率回旋管电子光学系统的特殊问题。采用了不受旁轴条件的磁场计算方法,提出了可以计及强电场、强磁场、空间电荷和阴极工作状态影响的阴极区场与轨迹的计算方法。建议了一种高精度的电场计算公式,在相限制同条使能量守恒精度比用拉格朗日九点插值公式提高一个数量级。文章还给出了改善纵向开放边界电位插值精度的实验公式。最后给出了计算得到的电极形状和件下电子轨迹。
This paper studies the special problems of high power gyro electron optical system. A calculation method of magnetic field without paraxial conditions is adopted and a calculation method of cathode field and trajectory that can account for the influence of strong electric field, strong magnetic field, space charge and cathode working condition is proposed. A high-precision electric field calculation formula is proposed, in which energy conservation accuracy is improved by one order of magnitude compared with Lagrange’s nine-point interpolation formula. The article also gives an experimental formula to improve the accuracy of interpolation of vertical open boundary potential. Finally, the calculated electrode shape and electron trajectory are given.
