目的:评价Custom-Q引导的准分子激光行改良单眼视治疗近视、散光的老视患者的疗效。方法:收集2009年6月至2010年2月在华西近视中心实施改良单眼视LASIK手术的老视患者10例,主视眼屈光度全矫,实施传统LASIK切削;非主视眼保留-1.50D球镜度数,实施“Custom-Q”治疗的非球面性切削,实现改良的单眼视。随访至3个月,观察视力变化,评估患者术后满意度。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy of Custom-Q guided excimer laser in improving presbyopia and astigmatism in presbyopic patients. Methods: From June 2009 to February 2010, 10 presbyopia patients who underwent modified LASIK in West China Center of Myopia were enrolled in this study. All eyes were treated with conventional LASIK, while non-dominant eyes retained -1.50D ball Mirror degrees, the implementation of “Custom-Q ” treatment of aspheric cutting, to achieve improved monocular vision. Follow-up to 3 months, visual acuity was observed to assess the patient satisfaction.
