目前,我国已建立120个高新技术开发区,其中国家级52个。国家科委火炬办1991年开始制定的我国高新技术产业开发区的10年发展规划已开始实施。根据该规划,我们可大致看出高新技术开发区在世配之交的风采:至2000年,全国高新技术产业开发区当年技工贸总收入收达4000亿元,其中工业销售收入3200亿元,利税总额800亿元,出口创汇640亿元,开发区高新技术企业的全员劳动生产率达20万元/人、年。到本世纪末,将有约100个高新技术开发区茁壮成长,有20000家高新技术企业在区内安家落户。
At present, 120 high-tech development zones have been established in China, including 52 at the national level.
