一次口服10～20倍催眠量的苯巴比妥可引起严重的急性中毒,能危及生命。文献记载的致死量为5克。我院曾抢救成功二例口服大量苯巴比妥引起的急性中毒。报道如下: 例一:王某、女、32岁、住院号48262。于196712、29晚吞服苯巴比妥约200片(约6克)。次日11 (30)/(Am)发现患者昏迷即送入我院。体查:T37℃、P110次/分、R30次/分、Bp30/,深昏迷、双瞳孔缩小为2mm、光反射差,口唇甲床发绀,双肺

Our hospital has successfully treated two cases of acute oral toxicity caused by phenobarbital. Reported as follows: Example 1: Wang, female, 32 years old, hospital number 48262. Approximately 200 tablets of phenobarbital (about 6 grams) were swallowed at 196712 and 29 nights. The next day 11 (30) / (Am) found that patients were unconscious sent to our hospital.
