目的 :动态观察近视眼病人接受准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术 (PRK)、激光原位角膜磨镶术 (L ASIK)术后 6个月~ 1 2个月期间屈光状态的稳定性。方法 :对病历资料完整的 PRK手术 31 0眼及 L ASIK手术 6 4眼术后 3个月、6个月、1 2个月定期随访 ,对裸眼视力、屈光度、角膜厚度等随访结果进行统计分析。结果 :对于 - 6 .0 D以下的中、低度近视 ,PRK具有较可靠的可预测性、稳定性和安全性 ;与 PRK比较 ,L ASIK手术在治疗高度近视中效果比较令人满意。结论 :PRK应主要适应于 - 6 .0 D以下的低度近视 ,而术后用药时间是否应适当延长值得探讨
Objective: To dynamically observe the stability of refractive state in 6 months to 12 months after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) in patients with myopia undergoing excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy (PRK). Methods: The results of follow-up of uncorrected visual acuity, refraction and corneal thickness were statistically analyzed in 31 cases of complete PRK and 64 cases of LASIK at 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after operation. . Results: PRK was reliable, predictable, stable and safe for moderate and low myopia below -6.0 D. Compared with PRK, LASIK was more effective in treating high myopia. Conclusions: PRK should mainly be adapted to low myopia below -6.0 D, and whether postoperative medication duration should be appropriately extended should be explored
