患者,男,53岁,中学教师。头晕,伴左侧肢体麻木2 h来院就诊。患者于晨起后无明显诱因感头晕不适,并伴左侧肢体麻木不适,无头痛、恶心、呕吐、失语等。既往有脑梗死病史半年。体格检查:体温36.5℃,脉搏70次/min,呼吸18次/min,血压145/90 mmHg。神志清,自主体位,体检合作。全身皮肤黏膜未见出血点、皮疹、瘀斑。双肺呼吸音清,心率70
Patient, male, 53 years old, middle school teacher. Dizziness, numbness with left limb 2 h hospital.
