自治区第十次党代会明确提出,要深入实施精准扶贫、精准脱贫基本方略,创新扶贫体制机制,落实“六个精准”、“五个一批”和“三到村三到户”要求,因户因人施策,提高脱贫成效。为贯彻落实好会议精神,我们紧紧抓住“两不愁、三保障”这个重点,围绕“人脱贫、县摘帽”的目标,精准发力、持续用力,扎扎实实推进脱贫攻坚工作。
