1病例介绍患者男,64岁。因“下唇包块反复破溃长大2个月”于2012年8月8日就诊。2个月前不明原因下唇红唇部出现一米粒大小丘疹,表面光滑,反复出血、结痂。后变为鸽蛋大小,呈菜花样,有黄白色分泌物,伴腥臭味,瘙痒疼痛明显,影响进食及外观。偶感胸闷、心悸,休息后缓解,未予诊断治疗,病程中无发热、畏寒。言语及咀嚼功能未受影响,曾外用“红霉素”2周无缓解。既往无特殊否认传染病史,否认吸烟
1 case description Patient male, 64 years old. Due to “lower lip mass repeatedly ruptured 2 months” on August 8, 2012 treatment. Two months ago, there was an unexplained lip papilla with a size of one meter papules, smooth surface, repeated bleeding, crusting. After turning into a pigeon egg size, was cauliflower-like, with yellow and white secretions, with stench, itching pain, affecting eating and appearance. I feel occasional chest tightness, palpitations, rest after remission, no diagnosis and treatment, no fever during the course of chills. Speech and chewing function is not affected, had external use “erythromycin” 2 weeks without remission. In the past there was no special denial of a history of infectious diseases, denying smoking
