本文简要论述了地矿部门战略性结构调整中劳动力重组的若干问题和富余人员下岗的几个“并存”特征，对地矿部门实施再就业工程，确保战略性结构调整的进行提出了建议

This paper briefly discusses several problems in the restructuring of the labor force in the strategic restructuring of the geo-mineral sector and several “co-existence” features of the laid-off workers, and proposes re-employment projects for the geo-mineral sector to ensure strategic structural adjustments.
