[目的]探讨肉豆蔻提取物对脂多糖所诱导的BV2小胶质细胞激活的影响.[方法]采用MTT法检测肉豆蔻提取物对BV2小胶质细胞的细胞毒性作用;运用Griess法检测细胞所释放的一氧化氮含量;运用HE染色法观察脂多糖和肉豆蔻提取物对BV2细胞形态变化的影响.[结果]各质量浓度组肉豆蔻提取物作用于BV2小胶质细胞24h后,细胞生存率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义,但抑制脂多糖所诱导的一氧化氮的释放,并将多角形的活化形状恢复至静息态的圆形细胞.[结论]肉豆蔻提取物具有抑制BV2小胶质细胞激活的作用.
[Objective] To investigate the effect of nutmeg extract on the activation of BV2 microglia induced by lipopolysaccharide.
