对于企业信息化而言,成功的经验大抵相同,失败的原因各有不同。本报历时5年探寻了200多家国内各地的大中型企业在信息化方面的故事,总结出7条具有共性的经验,希望与读者共享,并相信通过领会这些经验并找出适合企业用户自身特点的解决办法将成为保障企业信息化成功的钥匙。这些经验分别是:制定信息战略、机制和体制保障、诊断咨询、慎选合作伙伴、基础数据整理与挖掘、项目管理、建立学习型组织和知识管理。
For the enterprise information, the successful experience is roughly the same, the reasons for the failure are different. This paper lasted five years to explore more than 200 large and medium-sized enterprises across the country in the information of the story, summed up the seven common experiences, and readers hope to share and believe that by understanding these experiences and find out for business users themselves Features of the solution will be the key to ensuring the success of enterprise information.
