地勘单位安全文化建设是提高单位安全管理水平的基础性问题,也是保障单位生存和发展的重大问题。但是当前地勘单位安全文化建设中却存在着意识淡薄、责任不清、情感因素缺失等问题,这些问题严重限制了的单位安全管理建设的推进和发展。为了进一步改善单位安全文化建设的现状,文章从多个方面提出了改革对策,以供参考和借鉴。
The construction of safety culture of the geological exploration unit is a basic issue for improving the safety management level of the unit and also a major issue for ensuring the survival and development of the unit. However, there are still some problems in current safety inspection of geological exploration units, such as weak consciousness, unclear responsibilities and lack of emotional factors, which have seriously restricted the promotion and development of safety management in units. In order to further improve the status quo of the construction of safety culture in units, the article proposes reform measures from various aspects for reference and reference.
