采用原甲酸三乙酯法合成了 2 9个吡唑脒类化合物 ,化合物的结构均经1H NMR、IR以及元素分析确认。讨论了反应条件对反应的影响 ;并对部分化合物进行了生物活性测试 ,结果表明该类化合物对水稻纹枯病菌具有很好的抑制活性。
A total of 29 pyrazole amidines were synthesized by triethylorthoformate. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR and elemental analyzes. The effects of reaction conditions on the reaction were discussed. Some compounds were tested for their biological activity. The results showed that these compounds have good inhibitory activity against Rhizoctonia solani.
