国内上市公司中存在着一种逐渐引起人们注意的“三年现象”:这就是一些公司上市后,一年业绩优,二年业绩平,三年出现亏损,接着公司进行大规模的资产重组,被人控股兼并。福建现有的37家上市公司中,此种现象在闽东电机股份有限公司身上表现得最为突出。
