3月23日,全国水产技术推广工作会议在北京召开。会议深入贯彻落实党的十八大及全国农业工作会议、全国渔业工作会议精神,总结交流了2012年全国水产技术推广工作,研究加快水产技术推广体系改革与建设、增强水产技术推广工作更好服务现代渔业发展的思路和措施,并对2013年重点工作进行了部署。本刊将农业部牛盾副部长、部渔业局赵兴武局长的讲话及全国水产技术推广总站魏宝振站长的工作报告进行了整理,汇编如下。
