For business operators, competition is not only a heavy pressure but also a strong catalytic force; it is both a severe quality test and a rare opportunity. The road to competition is not a straightforward shortcut. It is not a hollow, stylish “mantra,” but a business strategy that is real and prosperous. Competition can make use of all favorable conditions and positive factors to change the passive situation and disadvantage position in the course of business operations, avoid weaknesses, defeat the enemy, stand invincible, achieve maximum success and best harvest. The competition strategy is how to conduct a comprehensive comparison and balance according to its own conditions (including personnel quality, production technology, material basis, and objective environment, etc.), and the conditions and characteristics of the opponents, etc., so as to explore and formulate complex situations that can adapt to changes in disadvantages. Status, development of advantages, guarantee of optimal solutions and best strategies for obtaining the best interests. For example, some western European enterprise groups have studied the momentum of the vigorous development of Japan’s emerging microelectronics technology products. Instead of adopting a passive strategy of offsetting power and counterbalancing, they have adopted two-handed countermeasures: they have focused on a considerable part of high-tech forces and researched and dealt with them. Japan’s technological economy has a swirling flow; the other hand adopts a low-cost strategy to avoid the high-tech competition in Japan and dump a large number of second- and third-stream technology products to economically underdeveloped countries to obtain profits in order to enhance the technical and economic strength and accelerate product development. The speed of renewal will compete with Japan for the high-tech product market.
