According to relevant surveys, a considerable number of women aged 35 and above hold middle-level and low-level management cadres in the enterprises and some also work in secretarial, administrative and personnel fields. In general, the technical content is not very high, the advantage is not particularly obvious, coupled with the “younger generation” challenge, they are easy to be replaced by others. Workplace is also like “marching against the water, do not go back”, so their sense of crisis will be more serious. In the workplace many women over the age of 28 will suffer from varying degrees of “workplace age panic disorder,” physical and mental fatigue, irritability, insomnia and other symptoms. They begin to attach an attachment to the work they are engaged in. They no longer care about their future as early as 20, worry about their future and their “money.” They fear that they will be eliminated by society. It is understood that many women working in office buildings have given themselves set a 28-year-old bottom line.
