随着食管外科的普及与发展,食管与贲门癌切除术后的吻合方法,也在不断改进,对于基层医院,手工吻合机会较多,经济实惠,不会给职工增加较多的负担,患者及亲属也容易接受,但是采用既往常规的食管胃吻合方法,对预防吻合口瘘有一定的困难,并且吻合狭窄和反流性食管炎时有发生,我们选择采取舌状浆肌瓣覆盖——食管胃粘膜吻合的方法较好的预防了吻合口瘘,吻合口狭窄和返流性食管炎的发生,预后较好已开展6例:现介绍如下:
